Just got to the part where you’re starting to get the hang of it after week 1. :) I’ve visited a few farms, but have never got my hands dirty in the actual work… I think I could handle it for like a weekend… if that. You must try Shaw’s lobster roll in Chicago — it’s actually one of my favorites after trying about a dozen different ones from NYC and around the east coast at the Tasting Table Lobster Roll Rumble.

Funny you should mention the Blue Pools from Hama Hama. We just tried them on NYE at the sage suggestion of our ICOB waiter, and they were a hit with us too. The aprons look great. So are these extras you speak of available for purchase or obtainable through the ICO site? :-)
