Thanks, Roberta. It was a really thoughtful article! And I’m so glad you’re enjoying the book. Believe me: Once you get oysters into your system, you never stop learning. There are so many new varieties and growing methods to discover out there. Right now, I have no plans to get out to CA but if you can recommend any events that might fit, I will try to make my way out there. Do they have oyster festivals in Southern CA??

What a great New Year’s we had with your mom and dad and of course, the oysters. Thanks for making the ICO’s possible for us.
